At Evor, we put our heart into making high-quality lashes, but we get that everyone’s taste is different and sometimes things just don’t work out.
So we have 7-day hassle free return policy.
Please note the following guidelines for return approval:
- Returns are only accepted on unused, unopened lash products in their original packaging
- During Special Sales day (Birthday or valentine) returns are not applicable
- Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for lashes that have been opened or used.

All the returns are approved after a proper inspection by our team to avoid any fake request. We do not accept returns for international orders

No - Cancellation Policy
To ensure timely delivery and the best service, all orders placed on our website are processed through an automated system that begins working on your order immediately after it’s confirmed.
Because of this automation, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed, even if the request is made within minutes of booking. This process ensures that your items are packed and dispatched without delay, allowing us to uphold the fast service we pride ourselves on.
We truly understand that unexpected changes can happen, and we’re here to support you in any way we can. While cancellations aren’t possible, our customer care team is always ready to assist with any concerns or find alternative solutions to meet your needs.
Refund Policy
For returns, a ₹120 pickup fee is deducted from your refund (This charges is not in our control as it is charged by courier company)
- For partial COD orders, the COD fee (₹40) is non-refundable so a total of ₹160 will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return passes inspection, refunds are processed within 2-5 business days. For instant credit, choose store credit to avoid deductions.
Exchange Policy
If you’re not happy with your lashes, you can exchange them for another style within 7 days (₹90 shipping fee applies for exchanges)
