Shipping Policy

For Orders: We charge no shipping & handling fee. It's Free.

Delivery Time

• We strive to fulfil orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be sent to our delivery partner within 1-2 business days. Our business days are Monday-Friday.
• For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 7 days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason - it may take longer. You will however be able to track your package using a unique tracking link.
• For international orders, we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
• If your parcel gets RTO ( Return to Origin ) for any reason then for reshipping the parcel from our warehouse it will cost Rs 100/- 
• Incase of Partial COD - The deposit amount (Rs.99) won't be refunded incase of non-delivery

IMPORTANT- Once the shipping label is generated and shipment is booked, the parcel cannot be cancelled. If you want to cancel prior to this then kindly email on love@evorbeauty.com.
